This information was confirmed by a source close to the parties to the deal. NWCC was established as a joint business of Mostotrest and Vinci S.A. The company won the competition for the creation and use of one of the sections of the Moscow - St. Petersburg expressway. In 2021, Mostotrest transferred its stake in NWCC to Natsproektstroy, and now Vinci S.A. has completely withdrawn from the project.

The financial indicators of the NWCC demonstrate positive dynamics. In 2023, the business earned 4.6 billion rubles, and the company's turnover amounted to 11.55 billion rubles. In the first nine months of 2024, the first figure increased to 5.8 billion, and revenue was 10.34 billion rubles.
This decision was another step by Vinci S.A. to reduce assets in Russia. Previously, the company had already stopped participating in the Unified Fee Collection Systems project. Thus, Vinci S.A. has fully completed its presence in this segment of the Russian market.
