This is reported by RBC, referring to the report of the Ministry. During testing, among 36 incidents, two situations were caused by the actions of an unmanned vehicle. The remaining ones are the fault of another participant.
The experiment was conducted from April 2022 to November 2024. During this period, drones carried out 92 thousand trips: 70 thousand - on the federal territory of Sirius, 20 thousand in the satellite city of Kazan - Innopolis, 2 thousand - in the Yasenevo district of Moscow.

The flights were operated either with or without a professional driver in the passenger seat, under the remote control of the operator. The cars covered more than 8 million kilometers, and 50 kilometers were covered without a test driver.
Of the 36 incidents, 26 occurred while vehicles were operating in autonomous mode, although the possibility of driver intervention remained. 10 cases occurred when the driver was controlling the car in manual mode. According to the agency, only two incidents were caused by the actions of an unmanned vehicle. It is not specified who exactly is responsible in other accidents - the driver, dispatcher or other persons.
It was decided to continue the tests until 2028. The Ministry of Economic Development has made a proposal to expand the number of territories for testing in Moscow.
Earlier, we wrote that Russia was included in the list of leading countries among the BRICS, CIS and partner countries in terms of readiness to introduce unmanned vehicles.
