In 2024, the company submitted the building project to public hearings and asked the townspeople to approve the construction of a 250-meter building. However, then the public discussion turned out to be unsuccessful for the company. The Mayor's Office received 528 reviews, including 490 positive ones. But they looked very formal and the people who left them do not live in the area of the planned development. Therefore, these voices were not taken into account.
