These indicators indicate the need to work on the quality of service in the country. Organizations that have passed the audit receive a high-service badge. It is placed at the entrances, doors and reception. The quality symbol confirms the high level of service in the establishment.

The highest award of three crystals was awarded to eight hotels in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Two crystals were awarded to hotels and restaurants in Omsk, Sochi, Moscow, Tyumen and St. Petersburg. Hospitality organizations from Sochi, Kaliningrad, Tyumen, St. Petersburg and Moscow received one crystal. Travelers are recommended to visit these establishments, TASS reports.
