Thanks to the investments, the Kovylkinsky Electromechanical Plant has updated its machines and carried out a large-scale modernization of production.

january 28th. /MEDIA TALK/.The head of Mordovia, Artyom Zdunov, discussed the results of production activities and prospects for the development of the electromechanical plant with its head, Viktor Taskin.

By the end of 2024, the company's production volumes increased by 64%. The salary of employees has also increased by a third and today it exceeds 66 thousand rubles. The company employs more than a thousand people. The head of the plant called the shortage of qualified personnel one of the main problems. To solve this problem, the company has begun to train specialists in the necessary professions right on the job, in addition to this, there is a program for targeted training at universities in Mordovia.

Thanks to investments in the amount of 114 million rubles, of which 80 were funds from the Mordovian Industry Development Fund, it was possible to upgrade the machines and modernize them.

Artyom Zdunov noted that the company is showing good performance. "First of all, you have adequately responded to the need to raise wages, as well as production volumes, orders, and shipments of products – all indicators keep pace with the times," the Head of the region emphasized.
